Over the past 19 years Matthias has recruited at senior executive-level for companies ranging from start-ups to the FTSE 100. Making connections, building relationships, and finding executives who are as distinctive as the organizations they serve. At Korn Ferry he helps his clients be more successful by constantly searching for that 'impact player' with breakthrough potential who will transform an average team into championship contenders. Prior to entering the search profession, he gained over 12 years of managerial experience with increasing responsibility in the military sector (army aviation). Matthias holds an MBA in international business studies from Maastricht University in The Netherlands, where he majored in global production, logistics and supply chain management and minored in international competitive analysis and strategy. He is also a certified aeronautical engineer from the German Air Force Technical Academy. He successfully completed the Strategic Human Resource Management Program at Harvard Business School in Boston.
