He brings an international perspective having spent a decade in each of New York and London, and his focus in Ireland includes Consumer & Commercial Banking, Asset Management, Insurance, Corporate & Investment Banking, Markets, Private Equity, Real Estate and FinTech. Additionally, as a senior member of the Investment Management practice, he leads assignments in Global Wealth Management where he partners with private banks, trust companies, boutique wealth management firms, mass affluent units of retail institutions, retail brokerages, private endowments and foundations, single and multi-family offices. His wealth management focus spans the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific. In addition to executive search, Conor strategises with clients on broader organisational solutions, including Assessment & Succession, Leadership & Professional Development, Organisation Strategy, Total Rewards, Business Transformation, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Sales Effectiveness. Previously, Conor ran his own executive search boutique in the Cayman Islands focused on the U.S. Wealth Management sector. Additionally, he was a Partner in a leading boutique in New York focusing on the buy side in the U.S. and Latin America, as well as a consultant at a leading boutique in London where he focused on the sell side in EMEA and Asia-Pacific. In addition to executive search, Conor was a senior executive in the human resources function at UBS Wealth Management where he was Co-Global Head of Talent Acquisition. He was a member of the Americas Human Resources Executive Committee in New York and the Global Talent and Recruiting Management Committee in Zurich. He commenced his career at State Street in Boston on the graduate program before transferring to their London office. Conor received his BSc in Finance from University College Cork and is a dual national of Ireland and the United States.
