Claudia is the Managing Director of Odgers Interim Colombia​. She has held senior positions at several financial institutions, including Head of the Non-Bank Financial Institution division and Corporate Banker at Citibank Colombia. Her prior work experience includes business strategy and structured finance-related positions within the Cargill organization: Latin America Assistant Treasurer, Colombia’s Treasurer, Andean Region Trade & Structured Finance Head, and Black River’s Regional Distress Asset Portfolio Manager.​ ​She holds a Business Administration degree from Universidad de los Andes, a Masters degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Certificate in Corporate Finance from London School of Economics, and a Transitioning into Leadership Certificate from the Cargill High-Performance Leadership Academy.
