Shahauna Siddiqui has over a decade of experience leading a search practice with a vast network of highly educated and successful candidates. Shahauna previously served as Co-founder of BluEra, which was acquired by DHR International in September 2016. She has more than a decade of international executive search experience in industries including renewables, oil and gas, power, technology, retail, not for profit, education and financial services Earlier in her career she served as a Director of MBA programs at the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. Shahauna holds an Enterprise MBA in Finance from the Haskayne School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Bishop’s University. She also holds a certificate from Cornell University from the Advanced Program for Executive Search Consulting. Community is important to Shahauna. Winner of the 2017 Management Alumni of Excellence Award for the Haskayne School of Business in recognition of individual excellence in innovation, support of business education, service to the university community involvement and business success. She leads the search for the Distinguished Business Leader Award nominating committee, is on the Dean’s Management Advisory Committee and the Executive Advisory Committee of the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship at the Haskayne School of Business, is a Director for Mindfuel, and leads the Leadership Breakfast Series for the Calgary Chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization. Previous she led the Global Student Entrepreneurs Award for the local chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization and was on the Leadership Committee for Joe’s Team, a fundraising event for the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
