Daryna has over a decade of experience in executive search, concentrating on international mining and oil and gas executive and technical lead roles, as well as the industrial sector, including rail, automotive, construction, aerospace and defence. Daryna also contributes to various diversity initiatives and is a member of Women in Mining (UK). She holds a Bachelor of Law and MA in Banking and Finance.
