Based out of the Sao Paulo office, Ms. Mendes leverages approximately 10 years of experience in executive search and talent management assignments. The GTM practice encompasses not only the technology industry but also Digital and Professional Services segments as well. In Brazil, Ms. Mendes is also part of Korn Ferry's Information Technology Officers and Cybersecurity centers of expertise and is a recognized champion of D&I discussions within the industry. Ms. Mendes has served a broad range of clients in a variety of industry sectors, leading successful assignments to recruit top executives, advising CEOs and Boards alike. She has also partnered with colleagues to offer integrated solutions across KF's portfolio. Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Mendes held professional services roles with companies in different segments, working for national and multinational players, occupying sales/delivery roles. Ms. Mendes is a former professional swimmer and has written on career transitions at high performing athletes. Currently enrolled in the Executive MBA at Dom Cabral she has obtained an undergraduate degree of Career Counseling of FIA-USP as well as Bachelor's degree in Tourism from the Pontificia Universidade Catalica- Minas.
