Willy is Managing Partner and Head of the Consumer and Healthcare Practices of Odgers Berndtson Colombia.​ ​He has over 25 years of experience working at companies like IBM, Procter & Gamble, Hay Group, Unisys Corporation, and The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta where he was Human Resources Manager for the Latin American Group.​ After this work experience, he was Managing Director in the Strategic Management consulting firm Symnetics-Tantum. He led the Andean Region for four years and went on to manage Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean for another three years. ​He has been an international speaker, university professor and member of several Boards of Directors. Since 2008 he has been active in AIESEC as a President of its National Advisory Board in Colombia.​ ​He has a graduate degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Rosario in Colombia. He has done post-graduate work in Human Resources Management in Universidad Externado (Colombia) and UC Berkeley (California) and in Strategic Management both at Wharton (Pennsylvania) and Universidad Anáhuac MBA (México). He earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca – Gadex in Spain and is a graduate of the Senior Business Management Program – PADE of the INALDE Business School.​
