Paul has specialised in Financial Services search for 18 years giving him unrivalled knowledge and influence in his industry. Paul joined Hanover in March 2003, became an equity partner in 2013 and is now the Managing Director for EMEA, holding overall responsibility for client strategy and engagement. With an extensive client portfolio, he continues to execute senior search assignments across EMEA. Before this, Paul worked at Mercury Asset Management (now BlackRock), relocated to Australia for First State Investments in 1995 before returning to the UK in 1998 to join SocGen Asset Management (now Man Group/GLG Partners).
