With strong focus on senior management search assignments, he has contributed to transforming leadership teams, while adding value through innovative strategies, meaningful partnerships, and workable methodologies with results of improved candidate attraction, lower cost of hire, reduced time to hire and improved client and candidate satisfaction to many top multinational and regional organizations on different industries including Life Sciences, Shared Services, Telecommunications, Consumer Goods, IT, among others.
