He possesses a 100% successful track record of delivery at the mid to senior level with his main area of expertise being intermediated distribution. After running his own search firm for 6 years, Paul joined Hanover in 2016 to add strength and depth to the established team combined with assisting to drive forward the company’s growth and strategic vision. Following further success since joining, he was recently promoted to Partner. Paul graduated with a BSc Hons degree in Business from Aston University and has a huge passion in motorsport, fitness, cinema and theatre.
