Her breadth of experience includes Talent Strategy, Organizational Design, HR Operating Model and Cultural Transformation across multiple disciplines and industries.
With over 15 years of experience, Serin has led people related aspects of business transformation programs both in consulting and in-house roles.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Serin has worked at several other consultancies, including AT Kearney and several leading brands including a global financial institution across Europe, North America and LATAM.
Serin holds an MBA degree from IE Business School.
She is fluent in Turkish, English, Spanish and has a basic understanding of German.
