Michaela, born and raised on Long Island, has a passion for helping others and brings diligence to all of her work. Her urgency and thoroughness to deliver top executive talent comes from being inspired by the relationships she builds every day. Placing VP and C-level executives, she has built out mission driven teams across the consumer and enterprise verticals for Arcadia, Modern Fertility, Amwell, RapidSOS, Urbint, AllStripes, etc. She believes each of her clients has an opportunity to impact the world. In her free time, Michaela enjoys traveling to new places. After running her first marathon in NYC, she has a goal to run one somewhere new every year. Michaela graduated from Fairfield University with a degree in Marketing, Digital Journalism and Graphic Design.
