Biography
For over 15 years, Ms. Larson has successfully partnered to address client challenges in the areas of leadership and individual development, including capabilities to focus on activating diversity and inclusion strategies. Ms. Larson works to understand the business needs and implement solutions by engaging and developing leaders and employees. Her clients include well-known names in financial services, life sciences, consumer packaged goods, and healthcare. Currently, Ms. Larson serves as the global leader for advisory services in two of the firm's marquee accounts.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Larson worked for the Minnesota State Senate and the Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board.
Ms. Larson specializes in the design and deployment of leadership and talent development programs to accelerate business strategies. Additionally, she helps design diversity and inclusion strategies and development programs to optimize individual and team performance.
Focused on creating best-in-class experiences for her clients, Ms. Larson builds long-standing relationships that are based on the delivery of high impact solutions and service. A true collaborator, Ms. Larson leads client teams, subject matter experts, designers, and engagement managers to maximize the full capability of Korn Ferry.
In previous roles, Ms. Larson's unique ability to balance multiple perspectives and competing priorities allows her to recognize and ease the pressures clients face when beginning new, large-scale initiatives.
Ms. Larson earned a bachelors degree in political science and public administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
