A trusted advisor since 2010, and now in his second tour with Korn Ferry, Mr. Morrison is recognized for innovating and optimizing best practices for clients in attracting and retaining top talent. Prior to his current role, Mr. Morrison was seconded to the Bank of Montreal as the Senior Talent Advisor to six CIO’s, a CISO, and CDO. He built the blueprint for an enterprise internal talent economy, along with succession planning in technology, operations, data, digital, wealth, and capital markets divisions. With Korn Ferry, Mr. Morrison was one of the first members of the IT CoE where he delivered on engagements as a Delivery Leader, Managing Associate and Senior Recruiter. He led the intake and client management of unique engagements, crafted position specifications, and outreach messaging to candidates. Mr. Morrison holds an Honours Arts Degree in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Design Thinking & Innovation from Emeritus Business School. Accompanying these academic credentials is a BABOK certification from the University of Toronto, and a Python Programming Certificate from Coursera.
