I support the RISE Emerging Talent Team, focusing on searches that range from Generalist to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems, L&D, DE&I, Employee Relations, and everything in between.
Before joining Frazer Jones, I worked in Talent Acquisition for three years in agency full life-cycle recruiting. I specialize in leadership assessment and development; I practice evidence-based management and analyze people data with advanced statistics to help leaders make informed decisions. With my experience, knowledge, and passion in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and people analytics, I deliver top-quality talent to hiring teams across numerous business units and have a keen ability to understand the needs and objectives of hiring teams to provide qualified candidates for their open positions.
I hold a B.A in Psychology and Behavior Analysis from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, as well as an M.S in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
