Ms. Griffith joined Korn Ferry in 2011 from another leading international search firm, where she was the EMEA capital markets sector leader. Her capital markets expertise includes a strong focus on global financing, credit and loan products in addition to secondary markets leadership roles in the fixed income asset classes. Her client portfolio includes both universal and investment banks and alternative investors. More recently the shifts in financial markets and regulation have seen her focus increasingly on FinTech clients spanning exchanges, clearing houses, e-trading platforms and FinTech vendors. Ms. Griffith works with clients across their talent lifecycle, leading senior level executive searches and consulting on a range of talent strategies in her specialist sector spanning executive assessment, leadership and high performance development and succession planning. Her relationships in the market, proven credentials and passion for the issues and trends driving the capital markets and FinTech talent landscape are highly valued by her clients. Her search career began with a London-based boutique in 1998. She holds a bachelor of science degree in economics and politics.
