Six Degrees Executive welcomes Donna Tutte to the FMCG and retail team. With three years’ experience in recruitment, Donna is a welcome addition to our growing team. Her colourful background spanning professional gymnastics through to her completing a Bachelor of Physical Education and Secondary Teaching, with a Diploma of Sport, Donna is able to bring a rich and varied history giving her a unique and strategic look at recruitment. After her studies, Donna worked within several schools as a teacher of Physical Education and Maths before making the leap, then spending over 10 years in consultative and training-based roles. She gained national experience recruiting perm, temp and contract roles across sales, marketing and shopper. She focused on medium and emerging businesses, particularly recruiting their senior and executive positions. Some of these titles include (but aren’t limited to): Marketing Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, Senior Brand Manager, and Marketing Executives. Donna’s focus throughout her rich career has been in retail and FMCG, and she enjoys working within this industry as she’s passionate about going the extra mile for the business and strategically sourcing the right talent.
