Monisha is a core member of the UK Boards Practice, specialising in non-executive director recruitment and advisory services for clients in the UK and internationally. She has more than 15 years of board, C-suite executive search and leadership advisory experience across a variety of industries. Monisha is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) and leads Spencer Stuart’s UK DE&I efforts. Monisha earned a PhD in molecular neuroscience from Kings College London and a bachelor’s degree in applied biology at Imperial College London. Monisha is fluent in English and Bengali.
