Biography
Ms. Wilson worked with a large acute trust to help to tackle a culture of bullying. She researched their issues and worked with their top team and senior leader, providing support to re-set the culture. This resulted in improvements in working across senior leadership and in staff survey results.
Ms. Wilson supported a London local authority to define leadership roles, structures, and ways of working, bringing significant saving and culture change. This included definition of possible savings and a change readiness assessment for taking the work forward. She has worked with senior leaders, over coaching, leadership, and team development, including top team effectiveness and cross system groups.
Ms. Wilson is a member of the Korn Ferry Public Sector Team. She began her career in local government in an improvement role and has eleven years of consulting experience.
Ms. Wilson combines expertise in organizational and individual development and change, with practical experience of what really works. She regularly writes and researches for Korn Ferry with past topics that include collaborative working and medical leadership.
Ms. Wilson's focus is on helping clients create solutions that are specific to their context, working in partnership to make sure they get the most from their investment. She brings integrity, warmth, and critical insight to her consulting with a real commitment to helping her clients deliver excellence.
Ms. Wilson holds a bachelors of art in English from Cambridge University and an masters of science in public policy from U.C.L. She is Prince II accredited and is trained in the firm's top team facilitation, leadership facilitation, competency, assessment, building effective organizations, and job and structural design methodologies.
