Biography
Interim is a big playing field, my main areas of focus are Digital Marketing, Finance, and Strategy. Interim and permanent jobs become more and more intertwined in our candidates’ careers. Especially at the top, we see interim often bridges the gap between two longer-term contracts. I think this is a great development, because it allows for more flexibility in style, for professionals, which is beneficial to their personal development.
Interim is originally a business of hush-hush: there’s very little transparency about its supply and demand. Matching happens behind the scenes and from within their own network. We make interim positions more visible. Because that brings a different energy to the table, and I believe that this ensures for better candidates to fill the positions on offer.
