She loves being a trusted resource for clients, and considers it an honor to partner with them to meet their business needs. Prior to joining Vaco, Lauren spent nearly 15 years with a privately-held staffing firm focused on accounting and finance placements where she managed the number one team and was a top performer for many years. In her free time, Lauren keeps busy with her husband Todd, two young children, and dog.
