Tom works in international investigations and corporate compliance reviews in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. He has managed multiple independent compliance monitorships evaluating company controls for anti-bribery and corruption and financial crime compliance. He has also performed extensive process audits, assessments, and investigations for internal and external fraud; bribery and corruption issues; and regulatory compliance failures for financial institutions, international organizations, and multinational corporations. Tom has helped numerous clients design procedures and program enhancements to prevent and detect wrongdoings as well as to meet regulatory expectations. Tom has a JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
