Before moving into consulting, Maite began her career with NestL' in Venezuela where she held several roles in corporate human resources, including positions in recruitment, training & development, and change management. Maite has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the Andres Bello Catholic University in Caracas, Venezuela, and a specialization in human resources development, learning & performance management from Oklahoma State University in the USA. She is a certified professional coach and is fluent in Spanish and English.
