Jowita Oczkowicz-Cieslik started her professional career with Sedlak & Sedlak, a personnel consulting company, where she was responsible for executive search, Search & Selection and Personnel Audit projects. In 1995 she joined Signium International Wrocław as a Psychologist / Consultant and was leading search projects, Assessment Centres, personnel audits and psychological tests. She has experience in different areas of business and commerce (industry / manufacturing, FMCG, consulting, finance & banking). In the years 2002 – 2015 she was Managing Partner. Since 2016 she cooperates with Wrocław Office as a Associate Partner. Jowita graduated in social psychology from the Jagiellonian University in Cracow in 1994.
