Prior to joining DHR, BH served as a Senior Client Partner with a global executive search firm, where he built and led one of the strongest life science practice groups. Before becoming an executive search professional, he served as a strategy consultant for a global strategy firm in Seoul, where he covered all leading Korean industries, including consumer electronics, semiconductors, shipbuilding, automotive, retail, and chemical. Additionally, BH was a dedicated life science consultant in Seoul, leading diversified strategy and commercial projects for life science firms, including pharmaceuticals, medical device companies, healthcare providers, and Korean pharma/bio companies. BH began his career at LG Chemicals. BH holds a bachelor’s degree from Pohang University of Science and Technology and a master’s degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
