Biography
Igor is a Managing Partner of Amrop based in Bratislava, Slovakia. While being a senior executive search professional, he also leads professional practice teams in the area of Leadership Services. He joined Amrop in 2002 and currently co-leads Amrop's Global Leadership Services Practice Group.
Igor has a long-term experience in managing international Executive Search projects across the wide spectrum of Board and C-level positions for various companies. He has qualifications and experience in leading complex consulting projects in Leadership Services with special focus on Leadership Assessment, Organizational Consulting including Potential Analysis and Board and Management Development. As a passionate advocate of applying latest findings of social cognitive neuroscience into leadership field, he has been responsible for designing Context Driven Leadership Assessment built on the knowledge of the human brain. He is the first European certified as i4 Neuroleader Master Trainer.
As longstanding member of CEO & Board Practice he focuses on developing strategic relations with the top managers and leaders of companies. He also delivers Board Consulting solutions in the form of Board Search, Board Design, Board Appraisal and Board Review both for Boards and Executives in private as well as public sectors. He advises on Corporate Governance issues on both local and international levels.
Prior to joining Amrop Igor worked for another Executive Search consulting company where for some time he held the position of Acting Director of the Slovak branch. He started his professional career in office management of a venture capital fund.
Igor is a member of Jenewein Group Strategy Board, a member of the Governing Board of European Public Policy Partnersship (EPPP) - advisory and analytical institute operating in Bratislava and Brussels. He is also a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), and official i4 Partner of The About My Brain Institute. He is also very active in the areas of lecturing and publishing in Slovakia and abroad.
