Sinéad joined Korn Ferry in 2014 following 15 years of experience in the diagnostics industry, where she held commercial leadership roles at both national and regional (EMEA and APAC) levels. Sinéad specializes in advising clients on executive and mid-management talent acquisition topics within Germany, EMEA and internationally. She works with a broad range of life science organisations within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and diagnostics space. With Korn Ferry Sinéad has successfully delivered on an array of C-Suite and senior level management searches across all areas within R&D, general management and commercial functions. Sinéad has a deep insight into pharmaceutical drug discovery, having worked extensively in recent years with market leading organisations. An Irish national, Sinéad studied Languages and Marketing at the Waterford Institute of Technology and has since lived and worked in several international settings. In addition to native English, Sinéad speaks German and Greek fluently.
