Dominik Schaller is Egon Zehnder’s Managing Partner for Switzerland and leads our Zurich office. He focuses on senior executive and board searches in insurance and banking. He also supports executive teams and boards on individual and team assessments, succession planning, and leadership development. Dominik is active across Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services, Financial Officers, Board Consulting, and Executive Assessment and Development practices. Before becoming a member of Egon Zehnder’s team, Dominik was in institutional asset management with Bank Julius Baer & Co. That was preceded by a stint as Engagement Manager for McKinsey & Company, focusing on insurance and banking. Dominik earned an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, a PhD in physics from the University of Basel, and an MSc in physics from the University of Michigan. He loves spending time with his family and exploring the world with his two sons, and he is an ardent fan of FC Basel.
