Erica brings 10 years of talent consulting experience placing C-suite and senior-level talent across a range of industries and functional areas and has focused largely on finance & accounting engagements. Throughout her professional career, Erica has partnered with hiring managers, search committees, and boards of directors to ensure that clients identify, acquire, and retain top talent. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Erica served as a Principal for a publicly-traded global executive search firm where she worked with organizations of all types, including Fortune 500, private, publicly traded, not-for-profit, government, start-ups and private equity backed companies. Erica graduated from Plymouth State University with a degree in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Musical Theatre.
