Tatiana Palatchi is a member of the firm’s Consumer Practice, specializing in identifying executive and non-executive positions in the consumer and technology industries. Based in Barcelona, she conducts intern​ational search ​assignments searches primarily in Europe, Africa and Latin America. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2015, Tatiana worked in research at another global executive search firm headquartered in London, where she focused on multinational and family-owned companies primarily in the Europea​n and Latin American markets. Tatiana earned her degree in organizational psychology from the University of Barcelona and her executive MBA from IESE Business School, also in Barcelona.
