Ms. Chapman is a Managing Consultant with 20 years of search experience placing C-suite and senior-level talent across a range of industries and functional areas. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she owned an Executive Search firm where she collaborated with CEO's and specialized in identifying leadership talent. Representative searches include: CFO, CAO, VP Tax, Controller, VP M&A, Treasurer, VP FP&A, VP Audit, CIO, VP Information Technology, VP Risk Management, and VP HR. Her professional experience includes working with KPMG's Audit Practice and leading the finance function as Controller for a privately held company. Throughout her career, Ms. Chapman has been involved in helping children's causes including Child Advocates of Houston and chairing an effort that raised $26MM to aid in constructing a new high-school in an underprivileged community in Colorado. She is on the board of a private equity fund that provides capital and strategy to the coffee industry in Vietnam. As an avid ultra-endurance athlete, having completed numerous ultra-marathons, Ms. Chapman trains and develops individuals to be successful trail runners. She is a member of the International Mountain Biking Association and gives back by staying involved with trail development and sustainability efforts in the Sawatch Mountain Range of Colorado. Ms. Chapman earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
