Chiara Weimer leads Russell Reynolds Associate's HR practice for Germany. She partners with clients across industries as they identify and develop dynamic CHROs and Human Resources Executives. Based in Frankfurt, she brings experience in executive consulting, digitization strategy, change management, and DE&I advisory. Chiara is also a member of the firm's global Financial Services practice. Previously, Chiara spent five years working as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, Inc. In that role, she led and conducted high-stake projects in the German public sector and worked closely with leading automotive companies on digitization strategy, company culture, DE&I, and organizational design. She began her career at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA. Chiara holds a BS in economics from Bonn University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
