Ewa has over 17 years of professional experience in recruitment, specializing in hiring high-profile executive leaders. She has vast experience working with both large-scale multinationals, as well as small- and medium-sized ventures. Ewa has had in-depth experience in recruitment for sales, marketing, human resources, operations, technology, and finance vacancies. In 2018, she joined Michael Page, becoming an integral part of the Banking and Financial Services team. In the course of 2019, she was promoted to Senior Manager and expanded into the area of IT. By 2021, Ewa was singled out to join Page Executive as Associate Partner and, in view of outstanding performance, 2022 saw her promoted to Partner.
