David is the leader of the AlixPartners Global Retail Practice. In this role, he works with retailers and brands across US, Europe and Asia on programs to improve business results. During his 30 years in the retail industry, he has worked with leading retailers and brands on growth, operational excellence and profit improvement. David’s experience spans all sectors of retail from luxury to discount. David has also held management positions at Estee Lauder Companies and UPS where he held line management roles and gained hands-on experience.
