Harish has been at the forefront of Products and Services development and management for over 15 years, across industry and consulting. Harish has leveraged his skills in technology and product management in cases related to cost optimization, strategy, growth, architecture, organizational designs, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. His work spans start-ups and scale-ups to large, high-profile Fortune 500s, across a diverse range of industries. Before joining Alix Partners, Harish founded and co-led the US Technology Performance Improvement practice at a global consulting firm. His rotation in the Netherlands gave him a unique perspective on industry leadership in both North America and Europe.
