Niona began her career performing audits and building inclusive teams in the assurance and risk advisory practices of a Big 4 public accounting firm. As an internal audit manager for a publicly traded Fortune 500 company, Niona ensured the success of her department by sourcing the right resources and focusing on the business chemistry of the audit team. Before joining Vaco Los Angeles, Niona also spent 3 years as a Vaco consultant leading audit engagements. Niona might be an auditor at heart, but she isn’t risk averse! She’ll eat anything out of the ocean and can order food in 5 languages.
