Alyse Bodine is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Philadelphia office and global managing partner of the Financial Officers Practice. Her search experience includes corporate CFO and other senior-level financial officer assignments as well as board of director engagements. Alyse works with a diverse client base, including Fortune 500, small- and medium-sized public and private companies, as well as private equity- and venture-backed companies across a range of industries. She is a frequent speaker and panelist, addressing topics ranging from board effectiveness, talent, and team development to the evolving role of the CFO. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Alyse was an investment banker with a regional investment banking firm, where she founded a division of the firm’s marketing department.
