Her most recent engagements include managing a large scale integration assessment, development of the on-line development tool, and top team development for a leading cargo handling company. Ms. Dzgoeva brings over eight years of consulting experience in organizational effectiveness and design, leadership assessment and development, and team development. Ms. Dzgoeva works across most of Korn Ferry's expertise areas, supporting clients through job measurement and reward, BEO, and competency models development. Ms. Dzgoeva is passionate about leadership development and has worked with leaders at senior levels. She provides feedback and consulting to clients, facilitates their understanding of their development areas and formulates personal development plans for reaching specific business goals. She is an experienced facilitator and has worked with diverse groups in various geographies. Ms. Dzgoeva holds degrees in economics and management from the Higher School of Economics, Moscow, and the London School of Economics. She is BPS Levels A and B accredited. Ms. Dzgoeva speaks Russian as her first language and is fluent in English.
