Julian graduated from King’s College London and subsequently qualified as a barrister in 1996. He has since worked as a specialist within the legal recruitment market, predominately focusing on the in house sectors. Julian joined Taylor Root in 2003, having previously worked for another leading legal recruitment business where he established their in house division. Julian was made a Partner with Taylor Root in 2004 and was appointed to the main Board in 2017. Julian still works with a range of financial and commercial organisations, particularly at General Counsel level, and leads the Taylor Root European and US businesses.
