Based in Helsinki, Sanna-Mari Muukka partners with clients in several industries to recruit and develop executive and senior-level leaders across functional roles. Sanna-Mari joined Russell Reynolds Associates after nearly six years with another global executive search firm. She ended her tenure there as a Group Director, leading two consultant teams, and part of the firm’s Management Team in Finland in the areas of executive search, professional recruitment and assessments. Prior to this, Sanna-Mari was HRD Manager for a Finnish real estate services company, responsible for the development of human expertise and leadership skills. Previously, she was an HR Advisor with KPMG, where she helped implement global HR strategies and processes in the business areas of Taxation and Advisory. Before this, Sanna-Mari was a Consultant, Psychologist with another executive search firm in Finland, working with professional recruitment projects. She began her career as a Psychologist with Select Appointments in professional recruitment projects and assessments. Sanna-Mari earned her PsM in psychology from the University of Turku, including a completed international exchange program at the University of Tilburg, the Netherlands, and her eMBA from Henley Business School. She speaks fluent Finnish and English.
