Jacqueline “Jack” Evison is a member of the firm’s Consumer Sector, based in Melbourne. She has deep experience in strategic leadership and management consulting and advisory as well as executive search, specializing in consumer products and agri-food. Jack came to RRA from Spencer Stuart, where she was a director of executive search. She brings with her 20 years of leadership experience and a track record in leading transformation and turnarounds. Prior to Spencer Stuart, Jack was a strategic advisor for OneFortyOne Plantations, a significant forestry and wood processing company. Earlier Jack held executive roles in general management and strategy at Mondelez, leading portfolio/business model reviews and turnarounds across developed markets in Asia Pacific and Australia. Prior to this she spent six years at Booz & Company (now PWC Strategy&), where she was a senior member of the Strategy and Operations Practice. In this position, she worked with clients across a range of sectors, including food and beverage, financial services and government. Jack holds a BA in Psychology and Japanese from Swinburne University and an MBA with distinction from Melbourne Business School.
