Biography
Juliet is a super-connector with a passion for technology, innovation and change management. She has contributed to the executive search industry for more than a decade and has been based in the APAC region for five years.
Juliet has a vast network and expertise in technology and innovation sectors, successfully closing C-level positions in blockchain, fintech, cybersecurity and public/private cloud domains globally. She has helped multiple clients navigate change and enable growth by assembling functional Advisory Boards and Executive Teams.
Juliet is also collaborating with globally dispersed portfolio companies of Venture Capital firms, advising culturally diverse Founders and Executive Teams on Leadership, Culture, and Talent Acquisition strategies. As a part of her contribution to the start-up ecosystem, Juliet has been mentoring at accelerators such as Techstars and ZILHive.
Before moving to Singapore, Juliet had been placing C-suite roles in MNCs and large privately-owned companies. One of her remarkable achievements was to pull together and smoothly transition a team of four VPs, based in Hong Kong, the Netherlands, and Moscow, for the largest international transport and logistics conglomerate in Russia. While working on this project under tremendous time pressure, she also became a trusted advisor on Organisational Restructuring, Executive Team Assessment and Cultural Change to the Group President.
Juliet possesses an Executive Master in Change at INSEAD so as to continue leading successful organizational and personal transformations for her clients. She is an executive coach at EMC Coaching Collective collaborative group and a mentor at INSEAD Women in Business.
Prior to her executive search career, Juliet dedicated 10 years to Global Key Accounts management in a structured environment, starting in Shipping with Maersk Line and CMA-CGM. She then moved to Commercial Real Estate with publicly listed JLL and Colliers to manage exclusive contracts with key industrial property developers such as Parkridge and Europolis. In the last few years of her corporate exposure, she was a Commercial Director at GEFCO, a part of the French car manufacturer Groupe PSA focused on multimodal supply chain solutions in the automotive sector.
Her first Master’s degree was in Management and Economics. After joining the shipping industry, she also obtained a Professional Qualification in Liner Trades, Dry Cargo and Tanker Chartering from The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers in London.
