She specializes in the Life Sciences, Consumer, Professional Services and Industry sectors. Prior to joining Amrop, Jagoda worked for twelve years in executive search, as a Partner of the Warsaw office of a global search firm and a Practice Group Leader for international talent consultancy, successfully completing local and international assignments across Europe. She has significant experience in filling regional positions that require a multicultural client pool, as well as working with expatriates who seek to return to home countries. She is certified in Thomas DISC, Saville & PAPI testing. Jagoda graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in International Economics. In addition to her native Polish she speaks fluent English.
