Biography
Ms. Luby is an industrial and organizational psychologist with a record of success in working with top management of Fortune 1000 firms on improving organizational effectiveness through human capital strategy and executive and leadership capability.
Her experience is focused on bringing long-term business strategy and transformations to life through the development of leadership capability, leadership alignment, culture reengineering, succession planning, change enablement, and organization design.
She joins Korn Ferry from Accenture's talent and organization global practice, where she was a North American managing director and responsible for designing and implementing the global talent strategy and leadership effectiveness service areas.
Earlier in her career, she was a consultant with Mercer Delta Consulting, a leading organizational change consulting firm. Ms. Luby began her career with International Business Machines (IBM), where she co-architected approaches to enterprise-wide selection systems and competency model development.
Ms. Luby has experience across industries including high tech, resources and energy, retail, health care, and the United States Department of Defense.
She holds a doctorate degree in industrial and organizational psychology from New York University and a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
