Tom focuses on executive search and advisory engagements for insurance firms, and works with other clients more broadly across the financial services sector. Tom also brings a particular expertise in fintech to companies looking to innovate at the intersection of technology and financial services. Prior to his current role at Russell Reynolds, Tom was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he served financial services clients on both strategy and implementation efforts. Some of Tom’s engagements included technology use case development, M&A due diligence, and corporate business function transformation. Earlier in his career, Tom worked in Russell Reynolds’ global research and knowledge groups, where he supported executive searches and thought leadership across different verticals within financial services. Tom received his BA in Economics from Amherst College, where he also captained the varsity football team. Tom received his MBA in Strategy & Decision Sciences from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
