Luigi Frezza is a Managing Director in WittKieffer’s global Life Sciences practice. With 20 years of experience in executive search, he is expert in working on international recruiting engagements across multiple life sciences functions in Europe and the U.S.—from senior roles in R&D to technical and commercial operations to a broad range of corporate functional roles. Luigi works seamlessly with WittKieffer’s global team to provide exceptional service and to identify life science executives who help transform their organizations. Based in London, Luigi was previously the managing director and global practice head, Life Sciences, for a respected international executive search firm. He was responsible for leading the global life sciences team providing talent tracking, due diligence, consulting, and executive search services to a wide range of clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics and medical device sectors. Prior to that, he led the pharmaceutical and biotech practice of another global firm, with particular oversight of EMEA and U.S. search business. Earlier in his career, Luigi was a consultant with two other well-known global firms. Luigi graduated with a degree in political science (MSc) with concentration in organizational theory from the University of Bologna and completed an Executive MBA from Cass Business School in London.
