Ms. Rettke’s specific expertise includes the following: talent assessment and capability development; working one-on-one coaching senior executives; individual executive assessment and feedback. She has a depth of expertise in the Government, NFP Life Science sectors and Financial Services. She has also worked across a range of other sectors including Education & Technology within Australia and in the APAC region. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Rettke held positions such as senior VP HR & Impact for a global NGO based in South East Asia and Chief Psychologist with the Australian Department of Defence. Ms. Rettke has completed a Certificate in Executive Coaching through the University of Sydney. She holds a Master of Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University, is a registered Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). In addition to her professional qualifications she is accredited in a wide range of psychometric tools.
