She started her career at Google as a team member of the Talent Research team and grew into a full-fledged internal recruiter further, working for B2B Saas tech startups like Instart, Plivo, and Walmart. Shreya loves helping start-ups grow, building new teams, understanding the technology roles in detail and gaining the confidence of hiring managers to be able to get their right find for the role.
