She has consulted with a wide range of companies in all sectors but with an expertise on Retail, FMCG, Media, Agri and life sciences. This includes large international as well as midsize companies. Rita's main focus is on strategy decode, organizational design, organizational clarification and performance management. She designed and implemented organisation structures, operating models, talent management strategies, management development programs, strategic performance management frameworks that support clients' business goals. Rita is an experienced Management Consultant and HR professional with a deep and broad experience in management consulting and client HR functions. She has high expertise within the Consumer sector (FMCG & Retail), Media & Publishing and Agri business. Rita works across all areas of Korn Ferry's expertise's, and has particular expertise in strategy decode, organizational design, talent management, management development, performance management, training and project management. She has trained numerous managers and employees in skills regarding strategy decode, organization strategy, (performance) management and change. Rita works with Board members, senior management and business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness by clarifying organization structure, create responsibility and realize performance. She has been a managing consultant within Korn Ferry for years. Rita holds a Msc. in International Business Studies with a specialization in Strategy and Organization of the University of Groningen.
