Mr. Wright brings both a depth and breadth of knowledge of complex remuneration issues combined with decades of industry experience to support clients through collaboration and partnership. He is highly experienced in understanding different stakeholder perspectives ensuring that he brings both practical advice and insights to clients as well as technical expertise. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2021, Mr. Wright was Managing Director of his own boutique consultancy firm. Before that he was a partner with PwC based in London with responsibility for developing and growing the firm’s Asset Management HR Consultancy practice. Mr. Wright is a highly experienced public speaker and his views on remuneration regularly feature across industry media. Mr. Wright obtained his Masters degree in Mathematics & Physics at Warwick University and has been a practicing Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries since 2002.
